Key Responsibilities:
Community & Social Media Management- Monitor and respond to community interactions across social media platforms and Google Business Profile (GBP) reviews
- Schedule and publish content across social media channels using scheduling tools
- Manage the marketing email inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
- Schedule and coordinate newsletters, ensuring alignment with campaign timelines
- Raise purchase orders (POs) and process invoices in coordination with the finance team
- Maintain and update job boards with current openings and marketing-related postings
- Manage inventory and distribution of corporate gifts for internal and external stakeholders
- Input and tracking of leads across our lead management system
- Assist in compiling and updating performance metrics and marketing reports
- Upload blog posts and content on the company website
- Ensure content is accurate, timely, and aligned with brand guidelines
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, including logistics, vendor communication, and on-site support
Requirements:
- 1 years' of experience in a marketing support or coordination role
- Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and CMS
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Nice to Have:
- Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting
