Company Overview
We are a motor vehicle workshop providing repair, servicing, and maintenance services. We are looking for an organised and responsible Administrative Assistant to support our daily workshop operations.
Responsibilities- Handle customer enquiries (phone, WhatsApp, walk-in) and schedule appointments
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and payment collection
- Prepare and file job sheets, claims, and workshop records
- Update and maintain customer and vehicle service records
- Support coordination between customers, suppliers, and mechanics
- Assist in ordering spare parts and tracking inventory
- General office administrative tasks (filing, data entry, documentation)
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with customers and suppliers)
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Prior experience in automotive / workshop environment is an advantage, but not required
- Friendly, proactive, and willing to learn
Working Hours:
- 5.5-day work week
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
