☑ Work Location: West (Company Transport provided)

☑ Mon - Fri, 8.15am - 5.30pm

☑ At least 2 years experience as a Sales Coordinator or Customer Service role

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales team
Handle customer enquiries (calls, emails, walk-ins)
Process sales orders (check pricing, discounts, stock availability)
Prepare quotations and follow up on orders
Support after-sales matters (service issues, disputes, loan units)
Update sales data and assist with reporting

Requirements:

Min Diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of Sales Coordinator / Customer Service experience preferred
Basic computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word)
