URGENT: IT Engineer (medical/pharma) [AJ27]

• Provide technical support and maintenance for IT systems, networks, and infrastructure used in the medical/pharmaceutical business
• Implement and manage software, hardware, and cloud-based solutions to meet the company's technology requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address the technology needs of the business
• Contribute to the development and documentation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to recommend improvements to the company's technology landscape

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Engineer, with a focus on supporting medical/pharmaceutical technologies
• Strong technical skills in managing and troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, and cloud-based systems
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements related to technology in the medical/pharmaceutical sector
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A proactive and customer-centric approach to service delivery
