In-House Talent Acquisition [IT/Technology] - up to $4000, 6 months contract - Punggol

Salary: $2800 - $4000

• Collaborate closely with engineering leaders to define hiring needs, success profiles, and recruitment timelines for technical role
• Develop targeted, keyword-optimized job advertisements and proactively source candidates across various platforms and networks
• Screen applications, conduct structured technical interviews (phone/video), and evaluate candidates based on both technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end interview processes, facilitate stakeholder debriefs, and lead offer negotiation and closing activities
• Build and sustain talent pipelines through strategic headhunting, market mapping, and engagement with relevant talent communities and networks

• Min Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science or related discipline
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in the technology sector
