The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with proven experience across multiple logistics and service domains.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Multi-Service Operations Management

• Oversee and coordinate daily execution of operations across records management, relocation services, and warehouse functions.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in handling document storage/retrieval, household/corporate moves, and inventory management.
• Lead resource planning and allocation across service lines to meet fluctuating business demands.

1. Team Supervision & Development

• Supervise a team of operations staff, including warehouse crew, relocation specialists, and records management personnel.
• Conduct daily briefings, assign work schedules, and monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members across functions to ensure multi-skilling and service excellence.

1. Service Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all operational processes comply with internal SOPs, WSH regulations, ISO standards, and customer-specific requirements.
• Conduct safety audits, incident investigations, and promote a strong safety culture on the ground.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high service standards across all business lines.

1. Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, and external vendors to ensure coordinated service delivery and issue resolution.
• Handle escalations from clients or internal teams with a focus on timely and effective resolution.

1. Process Optimization & Reporting

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost-efficiency across services.
• Lead or support cross-functional projects (e.g., digitalisation of records, warehouse space optimization, relocation route planning).
• Track operational performance metrics and prepare regular reports and dashboards for management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, covering records management, relocation, and warehouse operations.
• Proven leadership and people management skills in a fast-paced, multi-service environment.
• Strong understanding of WSH compliance, ISO standards, and service quality frameworks.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational systems (e.g., WMS, CRM, or document tracking tools).
• Forklift license or other operational certifications is advantageous.
