Role Summary

As a Sales Manager specializing in smart workspace solutions, you will focus on the commercial real estate sector, selling tailored solutions for office buildings. Leveraging your strong network within the building automation industry—including turnstiles, elevators, fire alarms, and other technologies—you will drive sales, develop client relationships, and expand market presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

MARKET DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGY
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers in commercial real estate, such as property developers, building owners, and facility managers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market penetration for smart workspace solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
CLIENT ENGAGEMENT
  • Establish and maintain relationships with building automation suppliers (e.g., turnstiles, elevators, fire alarms).
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client challenges in managing office spaces.
  • Present customized smart workspace solutions that enhance efficiency, security, and tenant experience.
SALES PROCESS MANAGEMENT
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design integrated solutions that connect building automation systems with smart workspace technology.
  • Develop compelling proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements aligned with client needs.
PERFORMANCE MONITORING & REPORTING
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets in alignment with company goals.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, forecasts, and market trends.
  • Analyze sales data to refine strategies for customer acquisition and retention.

REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in building automation, smart office solutions, or related industries.
  • Proven success in selling to commercial real estate developers, property managers, and key stakeholders.
SKILLS & EXPERTISE
  • Strong knowledge of building automation systems (e.g., turnstiles, elevators, fire alarms).
  • Familiarity with IoT and smart workspace solutions, including building system integration.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
