Job Description:
This is a full time role for an Air Import Operation Executive located in Alps Ave (near Changi). Our clients are in the Freight Forwarding Industry. The role involves managing international air import shipments, including coordinating freight collection and delivery, liaising with shippers, consignees, and air carriers, and ensuring compliance with import regulations.Responsibilities include processing import documentation, updating shipment details in the system, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors. Additionally, the role requires handling customer inquiries, resolving shipment issues, processing billing and invoicing, and escalating complex matters when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in relevant field
