Electrical Supervisor – Waste-to-Energy Facility / Tuas / $4500 (Nego)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily electrical installation activities at the project site.
• Oversee electrical works including LV power distribution systems, switchboards, MCCs, control panels, cabling, and earthing installations.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and work procedures.
• Monitor subcontractors' work quality, productivity, and progress to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any quality issues or non-conformance matters.
• Liaise with Engineers, subcontractors, and other project teams to resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety standards.
• Maintain accurate daily site records and provide progress updates to the Project Engineer and Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Nitec and above with Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in electrical site supervision within infrastructure, industrial, water treatment, wastewater treatment, or construction projects
• Good understanding of electrical installation works, site operations, and project coordination.
• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
