Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Exciting XR Gaming Startup

Compensation: Base salary 6K-10K SGD/month plus equity participation

About the Role:

We are partnering with an ambitious early-stage XR gaming startup focused on immersive metaverse experiences. The company is developing multiple XR devices and games and seeks a visionary CTO to lead technology strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the technology roadmap for hardware and software development
• Lead cross-functional teams building XR devices and gaming platforms
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems
• Drive product development from concept to launch
• Establish engineering best practices and manage tech partnerships
• Build a strong technical culture in a fast-paced startup environment
• Stay ahead of XR, gaming, and immersive technology trends

Qualifications:

• Senior technology leader with experience in gaming, XR/AR/VR, or immersive tech
• Strong software development skills (C++, Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar)
• Experience with hardware integration or embedded systems a plus
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and AI/ML technologies preferred
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects in startup or high-growth environments
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
