Field Service Engineer - Tampines

Minimum 1 - 2 Years Service or Maintenance working experience
☑ Salary : $3500 - $4500 (Depends on experience ) + VB☑ Work Location: Multiple sites

Your Role:
- Perform periodic servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems.
- Diagnose hardware/software faults, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
- Conduct equipment power-up/down procedures and respond promptly to e-calls (emergency calls).
- Provide technical support and onsite training on Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM).
- Maintain strong client relationships, particularly with site engineers.
- Liaise with customer engineering departments to ensure compliance with company procedures and quality guidelines.
- Complete detailed service reports after each servicing/e-call.
- Submit weekly/monthly reports on work activities, progress, and remedial actions.
- Maintain accurate filing, documentation, and tracking of all service records.
- Monitor and manage contractor activities to ensure adherence to safety/operational procedures.
- Review site "Events and Actions," implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Strictly follow data center safety rules, regulations, and quality standards.
- Ensure all work activities comply with occupational safety guidelines.
Requirement:
- Higher NITEC/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Engineering field
- Experienced working in confined space will be added advantage
