Accountant [ Full-set / Financial Report ]

Basic Salary: $5000 - $6000

Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of accounting functions in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Prepare financial and management reports, ensuring timely statutory reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end closing, including preparation of journal entries, adjustments and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal control procedures, including balance sheet reviews.
• Handle quarterly GST submissions and support corporate tax filing.
• Maintain proper records of payments, invoices, receipts, cheques, and bank statements.
• Ensure accurate filing and documentation of accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assist in improving accounting processes and internal controls.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and Outlook).
• Experience in handling a full set of accounts, GST, and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail with a meticulous and organized approach.
