Customer Service Associate (Airline, East, Shifts)
Responsibilities
Assist passengers with check-in, document verification (passport/visa checks), boarding, and customer enquiries.
Provide support to passengers with special needs and handle service recovery during flight disruptions.
Operate and assist with self-service check-in systems.
Manage boarding gate operations and ensure flights depart safely and on time.
Conduct identity checks, boarding pass verification, and hand-carry baggage control.
Coordinate with flight crew and airport stakeholders to ensure smooth passenger boarding.
Update flight information systems and handle no-show or offloaded passengers.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and airline procedures.
Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level qualification.
Prior customer service experience preferred.
Able to work shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts.
