Assistant Manager, Contracts & Procurement (Rail Projects) (3 years contract)

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the management and administration of contracts for rail and land transport infrastructure projects
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates for new projects, feasibility studies, and business initiatives
  • Prepare tender documents and ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and procedures
  • Participate in tender evaluations and assessment of bids submitted by vendors and contractors
  • Handle contract administration matters, including payment processing, variation orders, claims assessment, and cash flow monitoring
  • Provide contractual and commercial support/advice to project teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain and update project cost databases related to asset replacement and infrastructure works
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Candidates with experience in large-scale infrastructure projects or contract management may be considered for a senior role
Working location : East

Salary : $4,500.00 - $6,500.00
