Job Scope:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Application Engineers to promote technical excellence and continuous professional growth.
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to gather system requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project timelines, and quality standards.
- Work closely with Design and Project Management teams to drive engineering design and project execution.
- Develop testing plans, coordinate system validation, and support commissioning and system go-live activities.
- Oversee the setup and configuration of servers, operating systems, databases, applications, and related services based on client requirements.
- Maintain system stability and performance through regular backups, archiving, preventive maintenance, and optimisation.
- Support profit and loss management through resource planning, project estimation, and manpower allocation.
- Review RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs and provide technical input to strengthen proposals and secure project awards.
- Represent the company at industry events and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and partners.
Job Requirement:
- Min Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on industry experience).
- Proven background in system integration, application engineering, or technical project environments, particularly within physical security system integration projects.
