About the Role

This is a supervisory position in the retail/supermarket industry, responsible for customer engagement, sales optimisation, inventory management, and departmental administration. ?

• Customer engagement and support
• Drive and optimise sales opportunities ?
• Monitor and replenish stock and inventory levels
• Analyse departmental sales performance and trends ?
• Handle administrative duties for the department
• Support daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow ?

• Diploma, GCE O-Level or ITE qualification with at least 2 years of supervisory experience (for supervisor)
• Experience in retail or supermarket industry preferred ?️
• Strong customer service mindset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills ?️
• Team player with leadership qualities
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• 1 month AWS ?

• 3 to 6 months ⏳

• Retail Assistant / Cashier: $2,300 – $2,450
• Senior Retail Assistant / Assistant Retail Supervisor / Retail Supervisor: $2,600 – $3,000
• Retail Manager / Assistant Retail Manager: $3,650 – $4,000
