Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualization & Ideation:

Develop creative concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital, social media, print, etc.) that align with the company’s brand and goals.

Graphic Design:

Create visually engaging designs for a range of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, digital assets, social media graphics, and website visuals.

Motion Graphics:

Produce motion graphics and animations for video content, digital campaigns, and social media. Bring creative concepts to life through dynamic visuals.

Brand Development:

Ensure all creative materials are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and other departments to develop cohesive and effective visual storytelling for campaigns.

Content Creation & Editing:

Develop, edit, and refine visual content using industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).

Campaign Support:

Support the execution of marketing campaigns by providing creative design assets for online and offline platforms, ensuring consistency and quality in every piece of content produced.

Collaborate across the Company to support projects and initiatives that require design support
Trend Monitoring:

Stay updated with design trends, motion graphics techniques, and digital marketing strategies to ensure content remains relevant and cutting-edge.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Art Director or Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing graphic design and motion graphics work.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Possess conceptual thinking, multi-media and cross-platform experience.
Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and animation techniques.
Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas from inception to final product.
Experience in creating motion graphics, GIFs, and short video clips.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing content requirements.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
