Mechanical Technician (Cleanroom)
Job Description
We are looking for an Mechanical Technician to support semiconductor manufacturing operations in a cleanroom environment. The role involves precision assembly, inspection, and handling of semiconductor components while strictly adhering to cleanroom, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Perform hands-on assembly of semiconductor components and sub-assemblies in a cleanroom environment.
- Follow work instructions, SOPs, and cleanroom protocols to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Handle and assemble small and delicate components with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct visual inspections and basic functional checks during and after assembly.
- Record production data and complete required documentation accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment.
- Support continuous improvement, safety, and quality initiatives.
- Comply with EHS, cleanroom gowning, and semiconductor manufacturing standards.
- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high precision and consistency.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and wearing cleanroom attire.
- AM Shift (7AM to 430PM)
- PM Shift (430PM to 130AM) $25 Dollar shift + transport back home
