Game Operations Manager - Geylang

HRnetOne (SGX:CHZ) has partnered with our client, a leading mobile game developer to help build up their APAC operations hub. As their Game Operations Manager based in Singapore, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the operational strategies for their mobile games across APAC markets.

• Global Operations Strategy – Develop, adjust and implement operational strategies for mobile game products across international markets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Performance Management – Take full responsibility for revenue KPIs and other operational metrics; analyze online data and develop continuous optimization plans to maximize engagement and monetization.
• Team Building & Leadership – Establish and manage the overseas operations team in Singapore; build internal knowledge bases and drive cross-departmental collaboration processes between HQ and local teams.
• Market & Competitor Insights – Conduct in-depth research on target markets and competitors, tracking product iterations, publishing models and operational strategies; regularly produce actionable reports and recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Projects – Partner with product, marketing, community, analytics and customer support teams to deliver world-class player experiences and drive retention and growth.

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 3+ years’ experience in overseas mobile game operations, with proven success in launching or operating titles in at least one major overseas market.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional Asian or European languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with the full lifecycle of overseas mobile game launch/operation (especially RPG, card or casual genres).
• Strong skills in data analysis, product tuning and problem-solving.
• Experience building or managing teams, with a hands-on leadership style suited to a start-up environment.
• Passion for games and a deep understanding of global player communities.
