Invictus International School, part of the Sing-Ed Group, invites expressions of interest from experienced and aspiring school leaders to join our growing network of international schools across Southeast Asia.
As we continue to expand across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, and Hong Kong, we are building a strong pipeline of leadership talent for current and future opportunities, including Principal, Deputy Principal, and other leadership roles.

About the Role
Our school leaders play a critical role in shaping high-quality, student-centered learning environments and driving the strategic growth of our schools.
Key areas of leadership include:
- Strategic & School Leadership: Driving school vision, growth, and continuous improvement
- Teaching & Learning Excellence: Ensuring high standards in curriculum, pedagogy, and student outcomes
- People & Culture: Building, developing, and inspiring high-performing teams
- Operations & Governance: Overseeing school operations, compliance, and quality assurance
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strengthening partnerships with parents, communities, and internal stakeholders
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking leaders who:
- Bring proven school leadership experience (typically 8–10+ years) in international or comparable settings
- Demonstrate strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities
- Have a deep understanding of curriculum, teaching, and learning
- Are passionate about student development and educational excellence
- Thrive in dynamic, multicultural environments
- Are committed to professional integrity and safeguarding standards
Relevant academic and professional qualifications in education and leadership (e.g. PGCE/PGDE, Master’s in Education, NPQH or equivalent) are preferred.
