Senior Marcomms Executive/ Marcomms Executive

We are looking for a driven and proactive Senior Marcomms Executive/ Marcomms Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute actively to driving effective marketing campaigns.
You will be responsible for developing campaigns and managing all marketing efforts, including but not limited to the following:
Job Description:
- Develop, plan, and execute brand and marketing strategies aimed at existing and new customers to increase brand loyalty, sales, and foot traffic across locations
- Explore, establish, and maintain partnership opportunities, including in-house partners, malls, banks, and other relevant partners
- Oversee and managepartnership campaign deliverables, including post-campaign evaluation and recommendations
- Manage and maintain food delivery and reservation platforms
- Oversee and manage the membership programme
- Develop marketing campaigns and partnerships to support membership growth
- Formulate engagement plans to acquire new members
- Review feedback from the member base and initiate improvements to enhance acquisition programmes
- Support and coordinate with the marketing team to execute tactical campaigns for membership acquisition
- Prepare regular reports on membership acquisition activities for evaluation and improvement
- Assist in art direction for print and digital collaterals, photography, and in-store visuals
- May be required to work on some weekends
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related discipline (or equivalent)
- At least 1–3 years of relevant working experience in a related field
- Familiar with and have good knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Preferably able to start work immediately or within a short notice period
