About the Role
We are looking for a committed and customer-focused Operations / Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic service environment, is organised, responsive, and takes pride in delivering a positive customer experience.
You will play an important role in supporting daily operations, coordinating customer requests, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, outlets, and the operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Support daily laundry operations to ensure customers’ needs and service requirements are met efficiently
- Check and price laundry orders accurately
- Handle customer enquiries, sales calls, and service requests in a professional manner
- Assist in addressing customer feedback and resolving complaints promptly and courteously
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and RFP submissions for corporate clients
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and team to resolve operational matters and improve service standards
- Pleasant personality with strong customer service skills
- Polite, responsible, and able to communicate well with customers and colleagues
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese
- Able to work evenings and/or weekends when required
