Tech Lead (C# / Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM) - M.LEE
We are looking for a Tech Lead with strong experience in C#/.NET development and CRM solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who can guide a team through the delivery of the projects while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of C#/.NET applications and CRM platforms.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Oversee system architecture, data modeling, and integration between Dynamics 365 and other internal systems via APIs or middleware.
- Drive end-to-end solution delivery including code review, unit testing, deployment, and support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across CRM and application environments.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 10+ years of working experience with proven technical leadership experience in application delivery and strong hands-on experience in C#/.NET application development.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Ability to work across full SDLC—from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
