Healthcare Operations Manager - Bedok

• Oversee accurate and timely processing of patient bills and invoices
• Resolve billing discrepancies and ensure compliance with regulatory and insurance requirements
• Monitor accounts receivable and liaise with the finance team for timely reimbursements
• Manage and optimise chemotherapy appointment scheduling, minimising patient wait times
• Coordinate appointment bookings and its satellite centres
• Provide financial counselling to patients, including guidance on insurance coverage, payment options, and assistance schemes
• Supervise and mentor a team of two junior staff, ensuring adherence to policies and fostering professional growth
• Lead continuous improvements in billing, scheduling, and counselling workflows to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support service development and implementation of change initiatives

• Bachelor Degree level in Healthcare/ Business Administration or related studies
• 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in healthcare administration, including supervisory experience with exposure to a clinical or oncology setting
• Strong knowledge of medical billing processes, insurance protocols, and financial counselling in a healthcare environment
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage, develop, and motivate a team
• Skilled in identifying team members’ strengths to drive performance and service quality
• Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
• Proficient in healthcare systems and tools, including Microsoft Office and patient management platforms
