Responsibilities

Perform tender submission, quantity take-off and prepare quotation
To source for suppliers and sub-contractors for the preparation of quotations for tender submissions and awarded projects
To prepare shop drawings for approval
To prepare monthly progress claims for submission to customers
To assess subcontractor’s claims and prepare payment certificates
To prepare daily job orders and issue P.O for factory fabrication
To conduct site inspection for verification of subcontractor’s claim
To coordinate with Factory and customers on delivery and installation works.
To perform ISO administrative documentation and participate in the internal audit.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by immediate supervisor

Job requirements

Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 8 years relevant experience as Quantity Surveyor in the local industry
Preferably possess experience in Aluminum works
Able to use Advance Excel application for costing and budgeting
Able to interpret construction drawings/ technical specifications.
Experienced in AutoCAD software
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
