A sales manager is a professional in charge of the running, operating, and organizing of a sales team. The sales manager is the person who must help a business reach its sales targets, marketing objectives, and projected growth.

The primary sales manager duties include:

• Managing individual and team performance to meet sales quotas
• Creating a sales plan and executing the sales strategy
• Overseeing sales training for all employees
• Monitoring key accounts
• Mentoring individuals and providing onboarding training to new employees
• Recruiting and letting go of sales representatives
• Analyzing the real-time and past data to improve performance levels

• 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the office furniture, workplace solutions, or premium design industry
• A strong network within the A&D, corporate real estate, and dealer ecosystem in Singapore and Southeast Asia
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (Mandarin or other regional languages a plus)
• Proven ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage complex stakeholder ecosystems
• Passion for design, architecture, and sustainability, with an eye for quality and detail
• Bachelor’s degree in business, design, architecture, or related field preferred.
