Quality Engineer [ Plastic / Manufacturing ] - Pasir Ris

Basic Salary: $3000 - $4000

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update ISO 9001, 14001, and 13485 documents for compliance and audit readiness.
• Plan and conduct internal and external audits for certifications and reviews.
• Coordinate with teams during customer and supplier audits.
• Review audit findings and implement corrective actions for improvement.
• Monitor supplier performance and address quality issues.
• Manage Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR) and ensure timely closure.
• Support qualification of new suppliers to maintain a compliant supplier base.
• Oversee equipment calibration and preventive maintenance.
• Address production and customer quality issues with root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of quality management standards
• Familiar with audits and ISO documentation in manufacturing industries
• Able to work well in a team
