Inside Sales & Account Relationship Executive

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Goldbell Car Rental Pte Ltd as Inside Sales & Account Relationship Executive. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers.

Key responsibilities

Inside Sales (New Customers)
  • Identify and qualify potential customers through inbound leads, cold calls, and outreach
  • Conduct customer calls to assess needs and generate qualified opportunities
  • Schedule meetings and hand over qualified leads to the Sales team
  • Manage and nurture leads using CRM and sales platforms
  • Work closely with Marketing, BI/BA, and Sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion

Inside Sales KPIs (Annual):

  • 60 Qualified Leads (New Customers)
  • 6 Key Account Qualified Leads (New Customers)
  • 12 Closings (New Customers) Qualified lead = quotation/opportunity with immediate requirement
Account Relationship Management (Existing Customers)
  • Manage and grow relationships with key and house account customers
  • Act as the main point of contact for contract and vehicle-related matters
  • Address customer issues promptly to ensure smooth leasing experiences
  • Identify opportunities for renewals, upgrades, and additional fleet services
  • Ensure customers understand lease terms, compliance, and contract requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer service

Account Management KPI:

Contract Retention % (House Accounts)

What we're looking for
  • Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels qualifications or equivalent
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills (verbal and written)
  • Essential telemarketing skills
  • Ability to qualify leads, handle objections, and secure appointments
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
  • Good time management and ability to manage multiple leads and accounts
  • Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
  • Knowledge of automotive, leasing, or fleet services is an advantage
