Accounts Executive (Fullset) / AP AR Executive - East/West | $3000 - $3500

Working Days: 5 days (Mon–Fri)

Accounts Executive : $3,000 – $3,500 AP/AR Executive : $2,500 – $3,000

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive / AP/AR Executive to join our team. Candidates may be assigned to Accounts, Payroll, or a combination of both depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full or partial sets of accounts
• Prepare invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and internal departments

Salary Range: $3,000 – $3,500

• Prepare and manage progress claims and variation order (VO) documentation
• Conduct site visits to verify completed work
• Coordinate basic site activities and liaise with relevant stakeholders
• Assist with sales administrative tasks
• Issue payment responses to subcontractors
• Support daily administrative and operational functions

Salary Range: $2,500 – $3,000

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Relevant working experience preferred
• Familiar with local statutory requirements
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting / payroll software
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
