IT Support Executive

We are looking for a hands-on and reliable IT Support Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations and provide support for hardware, software, internet connectivity, and system implementation. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, able to troubleshoot independently, and comfortable supporting users across different IT needs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and general IT issues
• Support internet, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity problems
• Set up, configure, and maintain computers, printers, email accounts, and software applications
• Install, update, and maintain operating systems and business software
• Assist in software implementation, including setup, testing, training, and user support
• Provide day-to-day technical support to staff
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and coordinate with vendors when required

• Diploma or relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
• Able to troubleshoot issues efficiently and work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, organized, and service-oriented
