About the role

A leading global logistics company is seeking a talented Project Logistics Operation Executive (Implant) to join their team based in the Pioneer West Region of Singapore. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the company's freight and cargo forwarding operations.

1. Coordinate and manage complex project logistics operations, ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery for clients
2. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
3. Plan, organize and monitor project logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing and customs clearance
4. Provide timely updates and reports to project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction
5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project logistics operations
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resources and drive continuous improvement

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in project logistics operations or a similar role within the freight/cargo forwarding industry
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle complex logistics challenges
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders
5. Proficient in using logistics management software and technology to enhance operational efficiency
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals
7. Adaptable to changes and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
