We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at W. Atelier in Bukit Merah Central Region. What you'll be doing- Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service, assisting customers with product selection and queries
- Maintaining high standards of store presentation
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Contributing to the achievement of store sales targets through proactive selling and excellent customer service
- Supporting the Showroom manager with daily operational tasks as required
- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Excellent product knowledge and the ability to provide informed recommendations to customers
- Numerical skills and attention to detail to handle sales transactions accurately
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service and contributing to the overall success of the store
