Job Summary
Join Lynn Aesthetic as a Digital Marketing Executive/Specialist to drive innovative digital campaigns, optimize e-commerce presence, and elevate brand engagement in the health and beauty industry.
Responsibilities- Plan, create, and execute engaging social media posts on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to boost brand visibility and engagement
- Develop and implement social media strategies that increase audience interaction and brand awareness
- Monitor social media trends and identify growth opportunities to keep campaigns relevant and effective
- Implement SEO strategies by optimizing website content and conducting keyword research to improve search engine rankings
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and meet marketing goals
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad copy and visuals for digital campaigns
- Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush to track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance
- Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness
- Manage and optimize product listings and marketing campaigns on e-commerce marketplaces like Lazada and Shopee
- Apply creative and innovative thinking to develop unique marketing campaigns that differentiate the brand digitally
- Create graphic designs and artwork for advertisements to support marketing initiatives
- Produce photoshoot and video content to enhance graphic and digital marketing materials
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives
- Contribute positively to team brainstorming sessions and foster a collaborative work environment
- Proven experience in digital marketing focusing on social media, SEO/SEM, and Google marketing tools
- Basic proficiency in Google Analytics and SEMrush for performance tracking and analysis
- Familiarity with managing campaigns on e-commerce marketplaces such as Lazada and Shopee
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Interest or experience in the health or beauty industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and work well within a team
- Detail-oriented with the ability to act promptly and meticulously
