As the Executive Assistant to the Director of this new FinTech startup, you'll operate as the Director’s right hand. Managing high-level admin, preparing management reports, handling stakeholder communications, and occasionally representing the Director in meetings.
You’ll also take charge of the Director’s calendar, ensure daily operations stay on track, and be available after hours when urgent matters arise.
This role demands someone calm, articulate, and confident, ideally with exposure to blockchain or fintech environments.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Singapore.
WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU- 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience at the Director - level
- Familiarity with blockchain or the fintech space
- Able to represent the Director in meetings and relay decisions confidently
- Strong admin & coordination skills, especially with calendar and schedule management
- Able to liaise with stakeholders across departments and time zones
- Comfortable preparing and reviewing business reports—expenses, KPIs, statistic
- Clear, concise communicator, with proficiency in Chinese for effective internal & external stakeholder communication and business correspondence
- Comfortable supporting after hours (on standby when needed)
- A quick learner with the drive to understand operational workflows
- Previous EA experience in a fintech, crypto, or blockchain company
- High emotional intelligence and discretion in handling sensitive matters
- Confident, well-spoken, and capable of handling high-pressure environments
- Comfortable working directly with a fast-thinking, hands-on founder
