Sales Support/ Customer Service Coordinator - Geylang

• Providing customer service to clients, addressing customers' inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, such as data entry, order processing, and maintaining accurate records
• Perform order processing and coordinate with operations team on shipping arrangement to ensure on time delivery
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clients
• Identifying and communicating any potential problems or opportunities to the sales team
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

• Diploma or Nitec in Business Administration or Supply Chain & Logistics or equivalent
• At least 1 - 2 years of sales support or customer service coordinator experience
