We are seeking Assistant Project Manager (Event Technology) to join us. In partnership with various institutions and leading corporate event agencies, we have successfully delivered some of Singapore’s biggest and most high-profile hybrid events.

Assistant Project Manager (Event Technology)

Job Scope
  • Assist and provide project team in the following but not limited to: client/sales consultations, client pitches and presentations; product development and prototyping; project implementation and management; project administration and logistical support
  • Advise and inspire end clients to implement our solution in curating experiences for attendees, speakers and exhibitors
  • Meeting potential and existing clients
  • Collaborate with internal and external technical hardware, software, and design experts
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure contracted requirements and product specifications are executed on time, communicate change requirements as and when required
  • On-going research, analysis and monitoring of market, build products to ensure the on-going growth that meets the needs of the event technology industry
  • Deliver and execute events using in-house product while ensuring consistency in service deliverables and user experiences
Job Requirements
  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, Communications, Engineering or a relevant discipline
  • Strong track record for project management, stakeholder collaboration (internal and external)
  • Develop external partnerships and manage vendors for cross-collaboration event projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – willing to roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be done
  • Adaptable, resourceful and can shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work well under pressure and adapt to ever-changing marketplace needs and challenges.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects at the same time, pivoting quickly as priorities shift
  • Respond effectively to management direction and clients’ needs
  • Motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit who can initiate projects and implement changes
