Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
- Coordinate with operations, clients, and stakeholders for smooth execution
- Update and report project progress to management
- Adjust plans and schedules to accommodate changes
- Evaluate scope changes and assess impact on time, cost, and resources
- Maintain records for variations and events relevant to contractual obligations
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant planning experience in construction
- Proficient in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
