IT Support Engineer (6 - 12 months Contract) - Geylang - ref. d96917919

Job Summary:

• Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
• Up to $3500
• Completion bonus: 1 month
• Location: CBD area

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming technical requests via phone and ticketing system.
• Provide Level 1 support for hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues.
• Escalate complex cases to Level 2 or relevant teams per escalation procedures.
• Document, triage, and track support tickets, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Perform software installations, upgrades, patches, and troubleshoot OS issues.
• Assist with user account management, including password resets.
• Support telephony, video conferencing, mobile devices, and conference rooms.
• Maintain IT documentation, troubleshooting guides, and standard procedures.
• Assist with IT asset inventory management and lifecycle support.

• Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role for about 1-2 years.
