• Proactively sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates to build a strong talent pipeline
• Conducting in-depth interviews to understand candidate skills, experience and career goals
• Maintaining an extensive database of qualified candidates and client requirements
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising roles, shortlisting, interviewing and placements
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their unique hiring needs
• Providing exceptional customer service and consultative advice to both clients and candidates
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team recruitment targets

• 2+ years' experience in a recruitment or sales role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding recruitment targets
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field is highly desirable
• Proactive, resilient and driven, with a passion for delivering the best outcomes for clients and candidates
