Senior Technical Architect

Responsibilities:
- Drive digital transformation initiatives through AI integration and intelligent automation.
- Mentor teams on AI/ML technologies, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Architect and implement AI-driven solutions for automation, predictive analytics, and optimization.
- Lead onsite/offshore development and support teams across full-stack technologies (Java/J2EE, K2, .NET).
- Define enterprise coding standards, drive process improvements, and ensure best practices.
- Architect scalable, high-performance solutions leveraging AI, cloud, and modern technologies.
- Design and implement AI-driven automation for process optimization and predictive analytics.
- Participate in design, code, and test inspections, identifying and mitigating technical risks.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to resolve technical challenges and drive innovation.
- Conduct software design and architecture reviews, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Optimize infrastructure, enhance performance, and lead automation initiatives.
- Oversee production support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Research, document, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Mentor teams on emerging technologies, AI/ML frameworks, and modern design principles.
- Reduce duplicate processes and enforce reusability in development.
- Provide strategic technical leadership and guidance to senior IT stakeholders.
- Evaluate and propose AI-powered solutions, considering cost-benefit analysis.
- Engage with clients for requirement gathering, service requests, and solution enhancements.
- Review and approve technical documentation, system specifications, and architectural diagrams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 10–15 years of relevant IT experience, with at least 5 years in a technical architect or leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, .NET, and enterprise application development.
- Proven experience in AI/ML technologies, data analytics, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native architecture.
- Experience in microservices architecture, APIs, and system integration.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns, design principles, and best practices.
- Experience leading onsite and offshore teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
- Experience in enterprise system integration platforms (e.g., K2 or similar BPM tools) is an advantage.
- Ability to balance hands-on technical work with strategic planning and leadership.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure Architect, TOGAF) will be an added advantage.
