Role Overview
The Senior Executive / Executive will support the planning, coordination, and execution of group-wide academic operations and education initiatives to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all campuses. The role plays a key part in strengthening Cambridge programme alignment, performance monitoring, and professional development systems across the group.The role works closely with school leaders and functional teams, serving as a central coordination and monitoring function within the Education team.
Key Responsibilities- Academic Operations & Programme Coordination
- Coordinate and track key academic processes across all campuses, including:
- Booklist confirmations
- Registration for major assessments (e.g., Checkpoints, IGCSE, A Levels)
- Renewal of Cambridge licences
- Consolidate school calendars and ensure alignment with group-wide academic timelines
- Support the development of key resources, such as the Principal Handbook
- Ensure timely communication of deadlines, requirements, and updates to schools
- Teaching & Learning Compliance (esp Cambridge Curriculum)
- Monitor compliance with Cambridge International requirements and timelines
- Send periodic reminders and follow-ups to schools on key academic processes
- Work closely with exam coordinators across campuses to ensure smooth execution
- Support standardisation, where necessary, of:
- Admission assessments (eg baseline tests, CAT4)
- Internal and external assessments
- Data Tracking & Academic Performance Analysis
- Track and analyse student performance data across:
- Cambridge Checkpoints
- IGCSE and A Levels
- University offers received by graduates
- Prepare analysis reports and insights to support decision-making
- Monitor scholar performance (academic and talent) for reporting and marketing purposes
- Coordinate post-results review meetings with exam coordinators
- Professional Development (PD) Coordination
- Support the coordination of group-wide professional development initiatives
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to:
- Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA)
- Organise training programmes (eg Singapore Math, Differentiated Instruction, Assessment Literacy, SEN)
- Assist in the establishment and operations of the Professional Development Qualifications (PDQ) Centre
- Track teacher participation and compliance with PD requirements
- External Partnerships & Collaboration
- Act as a coordination point for external partners (e.g. Cambridge, SIM, Marshall Cavendish, Solve Education) across campuses
- Support procurement and dissemination of academic resources and materials
- Coordinate external training, assessments, and collaborative programmes
- Holistic & Strategic Initiatives
- Track group-wide initiatives such as:
- Digital learning and EdTech readiness
- Community, charity, and environmental projects
- Support enrichment, ECA/CCA, and student development programmes (eg EAL support)
- Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Liaise with:
- School leaders (Principals, Academic Heads)
- Exam coordinators
- Internal departments and external partners
- Ensure clear, timely, and consistent communication across all stakeholders
- Administrative & Ad Hoc Support
- Provide operational and administrative support for ongoing and new initiatives
- Respond to ad hoc requests and cross-functional projects (eg collaborations, pilot programmes)
- Any other tasks assigned by the RO
- 100% compliance with key academic deadlines across schools
- Timely and accurate submission of reports and analysis
- Successful coordination of PD programmes with high participation rates
- Consistency in academic processes and assessments across campuses
- Quality and timeliness of stakeholder communication
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education, Business, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in education operations, academic administration, or programme management
- Familiarity with Cambridge curriculum and assessments is highly advantageous
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
- Experience working across multiple schools or campuses
- Exposure to teacher professional development and training coordination
- Understanding of student performance tracking and assessment systems
