Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Business Management Teacher to join our academic team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality education, fostering student engagement, and supporting academic excellence.

• Introduce effective study techniques and learning strategies to increase student engagement and interest in Business Management.
• Prepare and deliver well-structured study materials aligned with the curriculum to support student learning outcomes.
• Conduct weekly worksheet corrections to reinforce concepts and facilitate doubt-clearing sessions for student comprehension.
• Monitor student progress by maintaining accurate academic records and reporting performance to the Academic Supervisor.
• Administer weekly assessments to evaluate student understanding and track academic growth.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and systematically update daily class activities.
• Supervise self-study sessions and assist in managing internal and external examinations to ensure smooth academic operations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or a related field from a recognized university.

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in IB, CBSE, or IGCSE curricula.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills to foster a positive learning environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address student learning challenges.
• Patient, attentive, and student-focused approach to teaching.

• 6 hours per week, spread across 2 days
