Locum Courier Enrolled Nurse (3-month contract / Jurong East) - Persolkelly
- Mainly courier patients from place to place
- Coordinate and schedule patient registrations, payment collection and maintain patient medical records
- Perform patient assessment and clinical intervention in Clinic, assist in medicine dispensary
- Provide quality nursing care, nursing procedures and treatment to meet the general comfort and well-being of the patients
- Record and maintain proper accurate documentation of patient's progress and management rendered in the notes, medication records and charts.
- Assist doctors and attend to medical/surgical procedures whenever necessary
- Min Nitec in nursing
- Enrolled Nurse with SNB
