Job description:
Job Scope
You will provide high quality medication packing, including multi-dose medication packaging services and assist the executives in ensuring smooth daily operation in the Pharmacy Services Centre.
Job Responsibilities
Medication Packaging- Ensure that medication is accurately packed into the appropriate packaging.
- Ensure the medication packed for the respective Intermediate, Long-term Care (ILTC) facility is sorted out accurately.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hand hygiene and orderliness at work and storage areas.
- Always ensure sufficient supply of consumables at the work area.
- Assist in organising and arranging inventory in the storage area.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining stock levels.
- Replenish stocks in the medication open shelves and packing machines.
- Maintain proper records of the prescription.
- Generate tax invoice and monthly billing report.
- Assist the Pharmacist in compiling information as required.
- Ensure timely submission of reports as required.
- Conduct regular checks and maintenance on equipment used, e.g. Automatic Tablets Dispensing and Packing System (ATDPS), De-blistering machine, refrigerators, computers, printers and fax machine, etc
- Assist the executive in keeping proper records of equipment maintenance.
- Report promptly to the Pharmacist in the event of equipment malfunction
- Assist Pharmacist in other administrative matters as assigned.
- Maintain the security of stocks, premise and stored information at all times.
- Take action to prevent security incidents.
- Comply with all standard security procedures for the store operations.

- Orientate new employees on activities and workflow.
- GCE ‘O'/'N' level
