This role will define clear principles for value-based prioritization, ensuring that analytics initiatives deliver actionable recommendations that address critical business questions and drive regional growth.

Main responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a cohesive team of data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning, clear communication, and high-quality output.
• Strategic Stakeholder Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including the APAC CIO, Country MDs, and other business leaders. Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of business priorities to align analytics initiatives with strategic goals.
• Prioritization of Analytics Initiatives: Prioritize projects based on clearly defined principles of business impact, ensuring that the team is focused on delivering the highest-value work that drives measurable outcomes.
• Transparency & Backlog Management: Maintain clear visibility into the team’s project backlog, providing regular updates and insights to stakeholders. Actively seek and incorporate feedback to continuously improve analytics processes and outputs.
• Data Quality & Consistency: Guide the team to balance speed and adherence to SLAs with a commitment to data consistency, avoiding redundant work and ensuring alignment with the organization’s ethos of a single source of truth.
• Rigorous Standards in Analytics Outputs: Review and enhance the team’s work products, including advanced data models, storytelling decks, and dashboards, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with organizational objectives.

• min 10 years of experience in tech, consulting, or a related field, including a minimum of 3 years leading analytics teams.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders at various levels.
• Solid technical foundations in SQL and data modeling.
• Proven experience in team leadership, including team management and development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convert complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience in fast-paced, international environments, demonstrating adaptability and cultural awareness.
