Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and driven Travel Envoys Business Development and Operations Executive to oversee daily operations and contribute to business growth. This role not only ensures the smooth execution of our Travel Envoys program but also actively drives new business opportunities and increases departmental sales.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in both operations management and business development to maximize program success and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Travel Envoy Program, ensuring seamless execution.
- Act as the main liaison for travel envoys, addressing queries and providing timely support.
- Assist envoys with booking processes, operational matters, and issue resolution.
- Communicate program updates, incentives, and guidelines clearly and consistently to envoys.
- Monitor and manage envoy commission payouts with accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyse envoy performance data, identify gaps, and implement strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal departments (product, marketing, sales, etc.) to streamline processes and support business objectives.
- Work with overseas land tour operators for quotations, pricing, and itinerary arrangements.
Business Development & Sales:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow sales and expand the Travel Envoys network.
- Serve as an active envoy to drive new customer acquisitions and generate sales revenue.
- Develop and implement sales initiatives and partnership opportunities to increase department sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential partners and corporate clients to unlock new business channels.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- Proven experience in operations, business development, or similar roles.
- At least 3 years of experience in the travel or related industries preferred.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Results-driven with a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
