As a Patient Service Associate, you will provide courteous and efficient customer service, fostering a warm and welcoming environment for both internal and external customers/patients, with the primary goal of ensuring outstanding patient care and satisfaction.

• Maintain the clinic’s operational preparedness.
• Register patients and coordinate appointment scheduling.
• Handle billing tasks and address patient inquiries.
• Communicate with patients to confirm and prepare them for appointments.
• Support the clinic service manager with administrative tasks.
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Min. Diploma
• Singaporeans only
• Proficient in computer skills
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be comfortable/flexible with working in a hospital setting and in different clinics when needed
