Vehicle Technician Responsibilities:

• Check motorist eligibility via the LTA microsite prior to service.
• Carry out installation of IU/OBU devices for new vehicle registrations and system migrations.
• Perform on-site or in-house installation and removal of IU/OBU units in compliance with LTA guidelines.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to IU/OBU devices for eligible motorists.
• Clearly explain identified faults and proposed solutions to motorists in a professional manner.
• Conduct device commissioning and decommissioning according to LTA requirements

Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform servicing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of equipment both in the workshop and on-site.
• Ensure all work is carried out with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.
• Familiarity with mechanical servicing such as valve or pump maintenance is an added advantage.
• Accurately complete service reports, including job details and valve specifications, for proper follow-up and documentation.

Requirements:

• No experience required; entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Comprehensive training will be provided.
