Responsibilities:

• Plan and arrange materials, tools, and equipment required for site works.
• Ensure quality workmanship and proper installation of tiles and finishing works.
• Guide and manage site workers and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work meets project specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Assist in quality assurance and quality control to ensure project work meets required standards.
• Coordinate material supply chain and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to site.
• Support site installation works to ensure processes are carried out according to specifications.
• Prepare site progress reports and update the construction manager on project developments.
• Assist the project manager in planning schedules and maintaining proper documentation.
• Maintain records of construction timelines, site activities, and project costs.
• Assist in the preparation of shop drawings and schematic drawings for project implementation.

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Experience in the construction or renovation industry.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office applications.
• BCSS (Building Construction Supervisor Safety) certificate is an added advantage.
