Toa Payoh - Marketing & Media Executive | up to $3,300 a month | 6 Months Full-Time

Responsibilities include:

To support the Marketing & Digital Communications team with:

• Assisting in the PA Corporate Website Revamp, including updating images, reorganizing content, refreshing write-ups, and coordinating with internal stakeholders for updated assets.
• Supporting content migration, ensuring accuracy and consistency across webpages.
• Assisting in content creation and curation, including existing and original materials.
• Contributing to the Community Stories eBook Project by curating photos and materials, proofreading content for consistency, coordinating with contributors, writers, and designers, and managing feedback and revisions.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree graduates in in Mass Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism, Public Relations, or other related fields.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong in communication and coordination.
• Familiarity with content development, website content management systems, and editorial work would be an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team while also being self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities.
